1. License Agreement
AmDisplayPro is a commercial WordPress plugin. When you purchase a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of websites specified in your license tier.
License Types
- Free License: Limited features including Box and Compact templates, 60 products per month, 1 site activation.
- Personal License: Full templates, unlimited products, priority support, 1 site activation.
- Business License: All features, white label option, custom CSS, 5 site activations.
- Admin License: All features, unlimited site activations, dedicated support.
2. Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin without explicit written permission
- Modify or remove any copyright notices or branding (unless using White Label feature with Business+ license)
- Use the plugin on more websites than allowed by your license tier
- Share your license key with unauthorized users
- Use the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid licenses. If you’re not completely satisfied with AmDisplayPro, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days or if you have already exceeded your license activation limit.
4. Updates and Support
All paid licenses include:
- One year of updates (plugin updates, security patches, new features)
- Priority email support for the duration of your license
- Access to documentation and knowledge base
After your license expires, you may continue using the last available version but will not receive updates or support until you renew.
5. Amazon API Compliance
AmDisplayPro is an affiliate tool designed to work with Amazon Product Advertising API. You are responsible for:
- Complying with Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement
- Maintaining a valid Amazon Associates account
- Ensuring your use of the plugin complies with Amazon’s policies
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmDisplayPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the plugin
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. License Key Usage
Your license key is for your use only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key. If your license key is lost, stolen, or used without authorization, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that have been misused or shared.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the plugin will cease immediately, and you must remove the plugin from your websites.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
